Our services
Early Years (0-5 years)
Our specialised early intervention services support young children during crucial developmental stages. We focus on child-centred, evidence-based approaches through play-based therapy, helping children build important developmental skills in their natural environments.
School-Age Children
For school-age children, our therapy focuses on supporting classroom participation, playground interactions, and growing independence. We address gross and fine motor skills, organisational skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and social development through engaging, practical approaches that transfer to classroom and home environments.
Adolescents
Our therapy for teenagers emphasises building skills for increasing independence and preparation for future transitions. We work collaboratively with adolescents on executive functioning, life skills, social navigation, and self-advocacy, respecting their growing autonomy while providing the support they need to succeed.
Telehealth Sessions
For families in remote locations or those seeking convenient parent consultations, our telehealth sessions provide quality occupational therapy guidance through secure video appointments. This flexible option ensures that geographical distance doesn't limit access to specialised paediatric occupational therapy services and allows for effective parent coaching and collaborative discussions about your child's progress and strategies.
Community Based Sessions
Therapy happens where life happens. Our community based sessions take place in parks, playgrounds, childcare centres, kindergartens, schools, homes, and other everyday settings, helping children develop and practise skills in the real-world environments where they'll use them most.
Clinic Based Sessions
Our Fitzroy North clinic location provides a dedicated therapeutic space designed for engaging, hands-on sessions. In this calm, well-equipped environment, children can explore new skills and strategies through play and movement, while families can connect with our therapists in a comfortable setting for therapeutic work and goal-setting.
Functional Capacity Assessments
Our functional capacity assessments evaluate your child's abilities in everyday activities and identify practical strategies to improve independence. These detailed assessments provide strong documentation to support NDIS planning meetings, funding reviews, and access requests. We thoroughly document your child's needs to ensure appropriate supports are recognised and funded. We assess skills across home, school, and community environments to develop targeted support plans that align with NDIS goals and clearly demonstrate the necessity and impact of therapy on your child's functional outcomes.
Comprehensive Assessments
We provide thorough initial assessments to understand your child's unique strengths and challenges. These assessments help us develop personalised therapy plans that address specific developmental needs and establish meaningful goals.
